Historical Bath, NC
It is not everyday that you get the chance to become a 18th century ghost. When I was asked last summer, I jumped at the chance to become Augusta Marsh. Little did I know that I would find myself in front of 150+ crowds morning the last of my dear Rose. While the experience was nerve-racking, I was glad that I got to share it with one of my students. I knew Sara was a natural actress so I was excited to see her take to the role of a drowning victim. She told me that after one of her performances, one of the spectator came up to her and said she was a distant relative to the girl that Sara was portraying. Now that is an eerie feeling.
