Community Dialogue: Williamston Freedom Movement, 1957-1970
I had no idea the journey that my research would take me on when I started my project on Williamston Freedom Movement ten years ago. Presenting at the NCSU conference gave me a chance to reflect on all that I have accomplished. From the discussions at the Library to the release of my book this fall, I know that I have increased awareness and help to foster dialogue about the communities past.
